I’m sore. My foot hurts. I haven’t slept enough. I’m staring down a 20 minute WOD of heavy cleans, TTB and wall balls and I don’t have it in me.
I’m walking to my box, counting town the seconds from 19:99 to 0 believing somehow I’ll be stronger today than I really am.
Today, I’m not motivated. Today, I wanna just stay away. But today, I’m gonna show up anyways.
