I want to do a 200# clean. I’m like nuts about it.
I don’t know what the deal is but I CANNOT seem to get over the 175#-180# hump and it’s driving me insane. I’ve been stuck here for the last three months at least.
While a lot of my 1RMs have improved, I just cannot get the clean to budge. What’s worse is that my lower weight cleans are getting a lot better. I’m even cycling 135# now.
Anyone have any tips or things they’ve done to get over this hump?
