Today’w WOD was a great way to finish out the work week. CrossFit open 13 was my first year doing it so this was my first opportunity to do a previous year’s Open workout.
11.5 is a grueling test of metal.
5 Power Cleans (145/100)
15 Wall Ball (20/14)
My Score: 6 Rounds + 13 Reps
Any WOD that lasts for 20 minutes is tough, but for me this was especially tough because my 1 RM clean is only 175#. But I stuck with it and got through 6 awesome rounds.
All in all, I can’t wait to try this one again in another 6 weeks.
