A friend of mine, who was making the jump into CrossFit recently lamented about the alphabet soup of workouts which gave me the idea to start a glossary page for both novice and pro CrossFitter to help keep track of the jargon.
I’m populating it a little at a time so if you have a suggestion, please please please comment in the box. If you’ve got a different way of writing something, I’d love to hear about it and where it comes from.
