I hadn’t done “Jackie” in about 5-6 months and I didn’t finished in the time cap last time (12 minutes). A lot has changed in my strength and conditioning in that time so going into “Jackie” I felt really good.
I was only half right 🙂

My time: 9:13.
The thrusters weren’t terrible but they leave you completely out of breath so when it comes time for pull ups cycling becomes exhausting. I’d really like to try this again soon!
