Today’s WOD is a perfect metcon whether you’re traveling and trying to workout in a hotel gym, at your home box or anywhere else. All you need is one dumbbell.

10 Alternating DB Snatches
Don’t let this WOD fool you – it’s not joke. It totals out to be 100 reps and the time cap is 10 minutes. Remember that the simpler it looks, the harder it usually is.
TIP: Choose a weight that is challenging. The weight should force you to approach the snatch in proper form (shoulders backs, snap the hips and drop under the weight).
TIP #2: DO NOT BLOW OUT THE FIRST TWO ROUNDS, otherwise you’ll be dead in the water.
