4-5/leg Reverse Lunges

2:00 Plank

B.

For Time:
75 Wall Balls
50 Pullups
25 DB Strict Presses

Tackle this one with caution. 50 pullups is a lot and it’s a heck of a lot after 1/2 Karen (75 wall balls) so choose your wallball weight with that in mind.
