10/5/13 WOD – “The 300” Partner WOD

“The 300”
300m Row
50 Russian KB Swings
50 Box Jumps
50 Pullups
50 OH Lunges
50 Wall Balls
50 Burpees

Here’s the rules.  EACH Partner must complete each listed movement (300m and 50 reps per partner) Every time you stop your partner goes. The team cannot move on to a new movement until each has finished their 50. You may switch as often as you like.

Don’t take this one lightly. It’s non-stop. Choose your weight wisely 🙂

Time Cap: 30 mins
