30# PR – #205 Jerk

It was a big week for me last week.  Last Thursday, we were working on push jerks and split jerks.  On the push jerk, I got to about 185# (my previous 1RM).  After we established a 1RM push jerk, we dropped the weight to 80% and started building up with split jerks.
