6 WODs You Can Do While Traveling This Holiday

If you’re like me – and likely many others – routines help keep us going to the box on a regular basis, and there’s nothing worse than traveling for the holidays, losing that routine, and being left without a place to WOD.

Well, I’m on an airplane right now, traveling back home and I’m gonna be facing the same challenge.

So here’s 8 WODs you can do anywhere from in your hotel room to a nearby park.

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    20 push-ups
    50 air squats
  2. “Half Angie”
    For time
    100 push ups
    100 sit-ups
  3. 100 burpees for time
    *This ones my favorite
  4. “Cindy”
    20 min AMRAP
    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 air squats
  5. 30 man makers for time
  6. 12 min AMRAP
    20 alternating lunges
    10 burpees
    1 minute cumulative plank hold (not including rest)
