And so here we go.

14.3 is as follows:

8 minute AMRAP:
10 deadlifts, 135 / 95 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
15 deadlifts, 185 / 135 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
20 deadlifts, 225 / 155 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
25 deadlifts, 275 / 185 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
30 deadlifts, 315 / 205 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
35 deadlifts, 365 / 225 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch

TIP #1: DO NOT CYCLE YOUR BOX JUMPS! You’re going to need all the energy you can to lift the heavier weights so step up and step down — you’ll save both energy and work more efficiently in the long run.

TIP #2: Get through you’re easy deadlifts as fast and as efficiently as possible. Once you get to your heavy weights, EVERY SINGLE REP COUNTS – Set, lock and go.
