It’s the final round of the 2014 CrossFit Open.
This year, Dave Castro shocked the CrossFit world when he introduced 14.2, a couplet of overhead squats and chest-to-bar pullups. For the past two years, the final open WOD has been some kind of Fran-style workout, but not this year.
For the CrossFit enthusiasts keep on drilling into what’s next, it’s really only a process of elimination to narrow down what’s left.
Here’s what we’ve seen so far:
So, with that being said, and if last year’s movements are any indication of what’s to come, there’s only three movements remaining: burpess, shoulder to overhead, and thrusters. So basically, just burpess and thrusters.
