Welcome to Frantasy Land with Rich Froning and James Hobart

Known for stringing together some pretty gnarly workouts, Rich Froning tackles a workout we’ve never actually heard of before: Frantasy Land.

Like its namesake — Fran — Frantasy Landy is a Fran-style couplet of thrusters and pull-ups, but this concoction is definitely not a sprint.

21-15-9 reps of:
95-lb. thrusters
15-12-9 reps of:
115-lb. thrusters
Chest-to-bar pull-ups
12-9-6 reps of:
135-lb. thrusters
Bar muscle-ups
