Night one on the Progonex Cocoon.
Falling asleep wasn’t automatic even after a late evening WOD. We’re not saying that Cocoon should have knocked us out either but just an observation. It’s possible the sugar in Progenex had an affect but we’ll keep postulating over time and take more notes.
Other than that, sleep was good. Not mind-blowing awesome but pretty sound. One night is far too few to conclude anything but again we will continue making observations.
First off, muscles are feeling good.
We started the morning with a 6:00AM long and hard workout (90+ minutes) and used More Muscle as a supplement to breakfast.
